This wine holds the essence of one of the best years ever. Made by traditional foot treading in stone mills, it rested for 2 years in wooden barrels. With a surprising deep ruby color and remarkable aromatic persistence, of ripe black fruit with hints of dark chocolate, it is dense and complex in the mouth, with a long and impressive after-taste. A pleasure to savour young or for many years to come. Perfect with strong cheeses, dark chocolate or red fruit desserts, such as cheesecake and panna cotta.

As a natural and unfiltered product, this wine can accumulate sediment and need to be decanted.
