After a lot of work, we are finally launching our first Porto Sequeirinha 50 years! A 50 year old Port wine must be a thought out blend, it takes its time... So we decided to launch around 600 bottles for the national and international market.
This blend is the result of the new stage at Quinta das Sequeirinhas, a showcase of the treasures left by the previous owners, which allowed winemaker Rita Sequeira to refine it. We are unaware of the main grape varieties due to their antiquity, but we were fortunate in this encounter of wonderful wines that remained at the Quinta.
Will there be more batches of these? Maybe...Wines take time, and we still don't control time... Enjoy now our Porto Tawny Sequeirinha 50 years old!
